I'm Tameka Smith, and for over 20 years, I've dedicated myself to property management. From working with one of the largest real estate brands to founding and selling a boutique property management agency, my path has been anything but ordinary.
My passion? Empowering property managers and real estate agency principals to discover their full potential. I recognise that property management can be a high-pressure job, often seen as stressful and challenging. But, I firmly believe it can also be incredibly rewarding and offer a fulfilling long-term career with ample opportunities for growth and development. That's the core reason behind my consulting business - to help property managers fall in love with their careers and enable business owners to retain exceptional (and happy) staff.

So, why me? Well, I've walked the path myself. As a keen property investor and an award-winning property manager, I've seen both sides of the coin. I know what it takes to make a property investment succeed and understand the challenges of managing it. I know what it’s like to be property manager and team leader in someone else’s business, and I know what it’s like to start a rent roll from zero. My accolades, including being named Australia's Best Property Manager by the Real Estate Institute of Australia, are a delightful reminder of my passion for this industry.
But it's not just about the awards. It's about helping your team create careers that they love, it’s about helping you build a business that aligns with your life choices, and helping you to discover the power of working hard, but also playing hard.
